Ship Your Return

Package your item securely with the original tags attached and ship to our address. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Condition Requirements

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged
  • Original tags still attached
  • In original packaging
  • All accessories included (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene reasons and the nature of these products, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked in product descriptions)
  • Items purchased during special promotions (such as our Black Friday and Cyber Monday deals)
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Intimate apparel

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
