We process all orders within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Shipping Methods
We offer two shipping options to get your authentic western fashion to your doorstep:
1. Standard Shipping – $12.95
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Includes tracking and insurance
- Available worldwide (excluding some remote areas and parts of Asia)
2. Free Shipping
- Available on orders of $50 or more
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Includes basic tracking
Please Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. International customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your western-inspired fashion purchases. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, we’re here to help.
Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your items
- Condition: Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached
- Packaging: Original packaging must be included
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:
- Earrings and other pierced jewelry
- Items marked as “Final Sale”
- Personalized or custom-made items
- Items without original tags or packaging
Return Process

- Package Your Items: Securely pack the items in their original packaging
- Ship Your Return: Mail the package to our return address (provided in your return authorization email)
- Confirmation: We’ll notify you once we receive and process your return
Refund Information
Refund Processing Time: 5-10 business days after we receive your return
Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to your original payment method
Deductions: Original shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the replacement item.
Note: The refund time may vary depending on your payment provider. Credit card refunds typically appear on your statement within 1-2 billing cycles.
Exchanges
Need a different size or color? We’re happy to help with exchanges!
- Exchanges are subject to product availability
- Follow the same process as returns, but indicate you’d like an exchange
- We’ll cover shipping costs for the replacement item
- If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference
